Since my election as your Member of Parliament, it has been my great pleasure to announce federal funding for a wide range of projects that benefit the residents of Kamloops-Thompson-Cariboo. Because our government has refocused on supporting jobs and the economy while paying down the deficit there will likely be fewer funding announcements compared to the previous Parliament. However, I am always pleased to let my constituents know what funding continues to come in to our riding. With that in mind, below is a breakdown of funding by program, including the amount of funding and the recipient community.
